Operation:
When operating the instrument, it is necessary to turn on or loosen the exhaust knob. When the instrument is idle, please turn off the exhaust knob.
Pressure verification
1. First, connect the calibrated meter to the output port of the calibrated meter, and connect the standard meter to the output port of the standard meter. Open the shut-off valve and pressure relief valve, and rotate the pressure adjustment counterclockwise to the bottom. Use a manual pressure pump to create pressure 10 times and exhaust the air inside the calibration instrument system.
2. Close the pressure relief valve, use a hand pump to increase the pressure to around 10MPa, then close the shut-off valve and adjust the pressure by adding and reducing pressure to the detection pressure point.
3. When checking the calibration table, rotate counterclockwise by adjusting the pressure and pressure, and check the pressure point by point.
4. At the end of the verification, first open the pressure relief valve, and then open the shut-off valve.
Attention!!!
1. The instrument should be used within the rated pressure range as much as possible and should not be used beyond the range.
2. When transporting or carrying for use, the exhaust knob must be locked, the hand pressure rod should be placed flat, and the fine adjustment pump screw should be fully screwed in.
3. When using this device, the exhaust knob should always be in the open or loose position.
4. Before using the hand pressure pump to apply pressure, close the pressure relief valve and gently open the shut-off valve for about half a turn. Operate the hand pressure pump until the pressure reaches 10MPa and close the shut-off valve. Adjust the pump to apply pressure up to a maximum of 100MPa by adjusting it slightly
5. Valve switches, hand pressure rods, and quick couplings cannot be operated violently.
6. If the pressure medium is contaminated, please replace it in a timely manner.
